No return or refund policy

All sales at Green Thumb Gardens are final. Due to the perishable and living nature of our plants, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once a purchase has been made or an order has been picked up.

We take great care to ensure every plant leaves our greenhouse healthy and true to its description. Because we cannot control conditions after pickup — including planting environment, watering, sunlight, soil, and temperature — we are not able to guarantee plant survival once it leaves our care.

POLICY COVERS:

All living plants, including native perennials, grasses, shrubs, and seedlings

Seasonal and specialty items

Supplies, kits, and add-on items (including Native Plant Box contents)

Missed or unclaimed pickup appointments

EXCEPTIONS:

While we cannot accept returns, we want every customer to feel good about their purchase. If your order was incorrect — meaning you received the wrong plant or item due to an error on our part — please reach out to us within 48 hours of pickup and we will make it right.

We also encourage you to contact us before your pickup if you have any questions or concerns about plant selection, care, or compatibility with your space. We're here to help you succeed.
